HR Assistant

About the Role

Salary - 15000-22000

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
• Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital
• Support onboarding and exit formalities
• Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents
• Coordinate with departments for attendance, leave management, and employee queries
• Support employee engagement activities and office events
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
• Perform basic administrative tasks related to HR

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Management, or a related field)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
