You will collaborate with leadership teams to define staffing needs based on mining operations, projects, and company growth. Your responsibility will include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates for various roles across the organization, including technical, operational, engineering, and safety positions. It is crucial to stay current with industry trends and labor market conditions to proactively address workforce gaps. Utilizing a variety of recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, mining industry networks, and recruitment agencies will be part of your daily tasks to attract suitable candidates. Screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and assessing candidates" qualifications to determine their fit for both technical skills and cultural requirements will be an essential aspect of your role. You will organize and participate in job fairs, industry events, and campus recruiting to source talent for the mining sector. Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates for future opportunities is vital. Providing candidates with a clear understanding of the company's culture, job requirements, compensation packages, and career growth opportunities will be your responsibility. Coordinating and conducting interviews, assessment centers, and pre-employment testing is an integral part of the recruitment process. You will oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the mining environment. Collaboration with HR and operations teams to provide new hires with necessary safety training, site inductions, and other essential preparations for the job is also expected. Working closely with hiring managers in operations, engineering, and safety departments to understand their hiring needs and providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices will be part of your routine. Additionally, assisting with workforce planning and forecasting to ensure the company can effectively respond to the operational needs of the mining business is essential. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with additional benefits such as performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work location is in-person.,
