About the Role

dynamic HR Assistant Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    HR documentation

    (employee files, contracts, offer letters)
  • Oversee

    PF/ESIC, factory compliance

    , and audit prep
  • Coordinate onboarding, exit, and internal transfers
  • Support rollout of

    performance reviews

    and engagement activities
  • Maintain HRMS, trackers, and dashboards for key HR metrics
  • Liaise with consultants (including strategic HR) and ensure on-ground execution
  • Support

    culture-building

    via internal rituals, town halls, and branding
  • Coordinate

    training logistics

    , attendance, and documentation


Who You Are

  • 3–6 years of experience in

    HR ops + compliance + documentation

  • Experience in a

    manufacturing or plant-based setup

    preferred
  • Skilled in Excel, documentation, employee coordination
  • Organized, proactive

    , and reliable with execution
  • Strong communicator who can coordinate across levels and functions
  • Willing to work full-time from

    Rabale site office
