Role Overview: You will be joining 360Medicare, a recruitment company specializing in healthcare staffing solutions, as the HR and Talent Acquisition Manager based in Kochi. Your role will involve leading recruitment initiatives, implementing HR strategies, and driving employee engagement to make a significant impact in a leadership capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Lead talent acquisition efforts and enhance employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. - Implement performance management, training, and compliance initiatives to support organizational goals. - Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and manage day-to-day HR operations effectively. - Develop an HR team, champion employee engagement, enhance employer branding, and create policies for a high-performing and inclusive workplace. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an HR Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager with a minimum of 5 years in leading HR and recruitment functions. - Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, HRMS, and employment laws. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
