Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.)
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and overtime tracking
  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Administrative:

  • Manage office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility management
  • Handle employee travel arrangements, reimbursements, and petty cash management
  • Assist in compliance documentation and filing as per company policies
  • Support senior management with HR reports, MIS, and other admin-related data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR & Admin (preferably in manufacturing or fashion industry)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor law compliance in India
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools

Salary: Based on experience and skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,924.70 - ₹39,590.27 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • DLF Ph-III, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
