Key Responsibilities:Core HR Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, onboarding Draft and maintain HR documentation: offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, and policies Maintain and update employee records and HRMS Handle payroll coordination and attendance management Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR regulations Oversee performance management and appraisal processes Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and exit formalities Marketing Team Coordination: Maintain attendance, travel plans, and performance tracking of the sales/marketing team Coordinate with field staff for reporting structure and daily/weekly updates Monitor sales targets, follow up on performance KPIs, and assist with team discipline Support the management in team evaluations, transfers, and incentive tracking Help organize meetings, training programs, and field staff onboarding Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally with exposure to sales/marketing team support Excellent coordination, tracking, and follow-up skills Good knowledge of HR compliance, documentation, and systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and HR software tools Ability to multitask and manage field and office coordination smoothly Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/06/2025
