Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage HR administration tasks, including employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
  • Provide secretarial support to senior leadership team members on various projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and manage expense reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
