Jinrai Technologies Private Limited is looking for an Executive Assistant cum HR Executive:

Role: HR Executive cum Administrative Assistant

Location: Noida

Mode: Work from Office

Required Experience: 1-3 years

Availability: Immediate Joiner

Responsibilities

Provide executive-level administrative support, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings.

Coordinate HR activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.

Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of issues.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Plan and execute company events, meetings, and HR initiatives.

Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Efficiently managed the founders calendar, optimizing meeting schedules, reducing conflicts, and handling last-minute changes with agility.

Acted as the first point of contact for all executive communications, handling emails and calls with professionalism and discretion.

Coordinated comprehensive domestic and international travel, including booking, visa processing, and itinerary planning.

Represented the executive office with a polished, client-facing demeanor during internal and external stakeholder communications.

Handled confidential documents and sensitive business data with the highest level of discretion.

Proactively resolved scheduling conflicts and logistical issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Prepared reports, presentations, and correspondence in Microsoft Office Suite; maintained high accuracy and on-time delivery.

Supported legal documentation preparation, sales reports, and business development initiatives.

Organized team meetings, prepared agendas, and documented minutes, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

Maintained HR records and vacation calendars using Workday, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date entries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an executive assistant, HR manager, or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
