HR and Admin Executive

GNG Electronics Pvt Ltd. Position :HR and Admin Executive- Male only Education: Any graduate with excellent communication and excel knowledge. Location : Juinagar (nearby candidate with bike will be preferred.) Shift Time: 2 pm to 11 pm (Weekly off-Sunday) Job Responcibilities: Providing assistance to the HR team in recruitment and onboarding Create and provide reports to senior managers. Maintains and updates employee files, records, and databases for quick and easy search. Housekeeping, Safety & Facility Management. Perform joining formalities, issuance of offer & appointment letters for night shift employees. Creation of biometrics, and identity cards for night shift employees. Searching new vendors, negotiating contracts, avail the material as per requirement. General administrative tasks such as verification of stationery, courier, pest control, housekeeping equipment, etc. Arranging accommodation for outstation employees, their allocation, payments agreements. Update and communicate corporate policies and procedures as necessary to night shift employees. Ensures business activities run smoothly through administrative support. Attendance Muster verification for night Shift employee. Resolving grievances of Night Shift employee related to Salary, attendance, Overtime, incentive etc.
