Work closely with the sales team to define ideal customer profiles and refine targeting strategies. Qualify leads through initial outreach, gathering key information like energy consumption, roof availability, interest in solar, and decision-making authority. Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate lead data and follow-up activities. Set up appointments and meetings for the field sales team. Run targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns and track engagement metrics. Monitor and report weekly/monthly lead generation performance. Stay updated with solar industry trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing techniques. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales. Experience in solar or energy sector is a plus. Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (verbal and written). Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), and email automation tools. Excellent research and data mining skills. Strong knowledge of industrial power consumption, solar system components, and energy savings calculations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to handle long sales cycles and close high-value deals. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and basic solar design platforms. Must be willing to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu. Two-wheeler/ Four-wheeler with valid license is required.
