Role & responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Qualification:

    Telecallers identify and qualify potential leads by making outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients, using provided lists or leads.
  • Product and Service Promotion:

    They explain the benefits and features of the company's solar products and services, addressing customer queries and concerns.
  • Customer Interaction and Relationship Building:

    Telecallers engage in conversations with customers, building rapport and providing information about solar solutions.
  • Lead Management:

    They follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and work towards achieving sales targets.
  • CRM Maintenance:

    Telecallers update customer information, track interactions, and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
