Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company projects and services.
Explain property details, pricing, and benefits effectively to generate client interest.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a database of leads.
Schedule and confirm client meetings or site visits.
Maintain positive relationships with clients through professional communication.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and CRM team for smooth client handling.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in TeleSales / TeleCalling / Customer Handling. (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.)
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, and Gujarati (preferred).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Confident, polite, and well-spoken personality.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
