Job Summary:
We are seeking for detail-oriented Accountant Executive to manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical principles.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
· Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
· Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
· Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
· Work closely with auditors and regulatory authorities during audits.
· Optimize accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
· Handle payroll processing and expense management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
· Candidates with M.Com, B.Com, MBA (finance), or similar qualifications are preferred.
· 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
· Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
· Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
