Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Microsmiles Dental Care Pvt Ltd, Ground floor, Annanagar, AH 11, 4th Ave, beside Axis bank, Shanthi Colony, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600040

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounts department, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and supporting overall financial health and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee daily accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Handle tax filings including TDS, income tax in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, forecast financial trends, and manage budgeting and cost control.
• Coordinate with external auditors and handle audit processes.
• Maintain updated financial records and documentation.
• Implement and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Liaise with internal departments to provide financial insights and support.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff if applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce,
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualities:

• Prior experience in healthcare or clinical setup is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
