About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, HR operations, and administrative functions that contribute to a positive and efficient workplace environment. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to handle diverse HR and admin responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Source and attract potential candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

2. Interview Coordination & Communication

  • Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates during all stages of recruitment.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for applicants, ensuring a seamless and transparent recruitment experience.

3. Job Posting & Employer Branding

  • Draft compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility and attract top talent.

4. Recruitment Database Management

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database and ATS.
  • Track and manage hiring pipelines for current and future manpower requirements.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and analyse recruitment reports including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Present actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

6. HR Operations

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support in preparing HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and relieving letters.
  • Assist with performance management and HR compliance-related tasks.

7. HR & Office Administration

  • Oversee office administration including vendor coordination, facility management, and office supplies.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, events, and training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and job portals.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Sound understanding of HR processes and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
