Job Responsibility: Handle the recruitment process, employment contracts, on-boarding and off-boarding process Manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation Monthly payroll & CPF processing Yearly Employees’ tax submission to IRAS Update & maintain Leave Record Check and prepare staff claim Liaise with Government agencies on relevant funding, applications and claims Preferable with HR experience and Labour Law knowledge Any other appropriate duties as assigned Requirement: Min Diploma holders in Human Resources or related discipline At least 3 years of HR experience Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Xero software knowledge will be an advantage Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards regulations Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines Able to write & fluent in English Willing to Travel Overseas Job Location: Singapore Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required) Application Question(s): Willing to Work In Singapore Branch Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: HR: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Expected Start Date: 01/11/2025
