Job Description

Role Overview: As a Human Resources Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide support in various HR functions within the organization. You will be tasked with responding to HR inquiries, assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining personnel records, coordinating training sessions, and supporting other HR-related projects as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to internal and external HR inquiries or requests and provide necessary assistance. - Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate team member. - Maintain personnel-related data in both paper and database formats to ensure compliance with employment requirements. - Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, assisting in shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts. - Assist supervisors in performance management procedures. - Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain the team's agenda. - Coordinate training sessions and seminars for employees. - Conduct orientations, onboarding processes, and update records with new hires. - Produce and submit reports on general HR activities. - Assist in ad-hoc HR projects such as collecting employee feedback and supporting other assigned functions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree graduate with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a relevant human resources/administrative position in the service industry. - Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices. - Proficiency in using MS Office software, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. - Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems. - Ability to work effectively under high-pressure situations. - In-depth understanding of sourcing tools such as resume databases and online communities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and a strong team player mentality. - Ownership of a vehicle and a valid driving license are highly preferred for this role.
