JOB DESCRIPTION OF A STORE INCHARGE: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Incharge to lead the operations.1. Inventory & Luxury Product ManagementOversee the storage and handling of luxury fashion items (apparel, export houses).Ensure products are stored under appropriate conditions to maintain quality.Implement an RFID/barcode system for precise stock tracking.2. Quality Control & ComplianceConduct thorough quality checks on fabrics, craftsmanship, and packaging before export.Ensure compliance with global luxury standards.Handle client-specific requirements (e.g., brand packaging, tags, and authenticity documentation).3. International Logistics & Supply Chain ManagementCoordinate with freight forwarders, customs officials, and logistics partners for smooth shipping.Manage export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, etc.).Monitor shipping schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.4. Client & Vendor CoordinationCommunicate with international buyers, ensuring orders meet luxury standards.Work with fabric suppliers, artisans, and manufacturers to maintain product quality.Handle order modifications, urgent requests, and client concerns efficiently.5. Store Operations & Team ManagementSupervise warehouse and store teams to maintain a structured workflow.Train staff on handling luxury fabrics and packaging standards.Implement anti-theft and security measures for high-value inventory.6. Sales, Reporting & Business StrategyMonitor export trends, stock movement, and buyer preferences.Prepare reports on inventory turnover, damage rates, and sales performance.Collaborate with the merchandising team to align stock with market demand.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Store Manager, Production or Inventory Manager or similar role in a retail environment.Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using retail software and managing point-of-sale systems.Ability to manage inventory and perform financial analysis.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).At least 1-2 years of experience in retail management.Preferred if previously worked with any fashion industry.
