Branch Head

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans to meet monthly targets. Ensuring timely responses to new service installations and troubleshooting requests. Meeting operations/logistics targets based on branches to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Field Services. Providing effective customer service to customers, both in the field and those visiting branch offices. Addressing customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly. Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed. Overall, you will be responsible for the operations of branches including sales, customer services, human resources, and administration. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales plans to meet monthly targets - Ensure timely responses to new service installations and troubleshoot requests - Meet operations/logistics targets based on branches for uninterrupted delivery of Field Services - Provide effective customer service to customers in the field and branch offices - Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly - Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching - Manage overall operations of branches including sales, customer services, human resources, and administration Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role - Bachelor's Degree in a related field - Willingness to relocate outside the valley and extensive field visits - Proven record of leading and coaching a team to achieve targets - Working knowledge of sales, admin, and finance in a branch setting will be an added advantage - Mature, self-motivated, and result-driven attitude - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong customer service skills - Ability to work under pressure and during odd hours,
