Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Travel Desk Management Handle bookings for train, bus, and accommodation for staff and guests. 2. Statutory Compliance Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements and maintain necessary documentation. 3. Office Maintenance Oversee day-to-day office upkeep and coordinate with vendors for timely support. 4. AMC & Contract Renewals Track and follow up on Annual Maintenance Contracts and service agreement renewals. 5. Bill Certification – Verify and certify vendor bills and expense claims for processing. Preferred candidate profile Strong organizational and coordination skills Basic understanding of statutory compliance Good communication and follow-up abilities Proficiency in MS Office and documentation Immediate Joiners preferred.
