Job Description

Role & responsibilities Provide technical support and oversee service operations within assigned territories. Coordinate with workshops and dealership teams to ensure smooth service processes. Prepare service reports, presentations, and documentation as required. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and service quality monitoring. Preferred candidate profile Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. 34 years of hands-on experience in an automobile dealership workshop environment. Proficiency in MS Excel and presentation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be open to travel across Uttar Pradesh, with base operations in Lucknow. Benefits Travel, Food and Stay allowances Medical Insurance. Part time education support after 2 years and certification courses through NPTEL.
