Role Overview:

We are looking for immediate service engineers for photocopiers, security systems, and networking to join our Shimla office. The necessary training will be provided at the Shimla office. The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware and networking equipment at client sites across Himachal Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure IT hardware & networking systems at client sites.
  • Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of installed systems. • Identify and resolve technical faults to ensure minimum system downtime. • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers. • Coordinate with the project team and vendors for smooth work execution. • Maintain tools and spare parts and guide users on basic system operation

Candidate Profile:

• 1-3 years of experience in IT Hardware & Networking. Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV installation, networking, and IT hardware/software integration.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Two-wheeler or four-wheeler is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
