Job Title: HR Admin Department: Recruitment Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Alternate Saturdays Off) Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year in HR recruitment, administrative work, HR operations, or HR back-office functions (Note: Candidates with higher experience will not be considered.) Job Summary: We are looking for an HR Admin to support our recruitment operations. This role involves coordination between candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficientend-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist the recruitment team with daily hiring coordination and operational tasks. Schedule interviews and follow up with clients for feedback. Ensure consistent follow-up with selected candidates for up to 90 days post-selection. Coordinate with candidates for joining confirmations and required documentation. Track and manage candidate onboarding, agreements, and joining formalities. Follow up with clients for pending agreements and billing confirmations. Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accuracy of all related data. Collaborate with internal accounts teams and clients for invoice processing and payment follow-ups. Assist with background verification (BGV) processes and support in salary negotiation with selected candidates. Key Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR recruitment, administrative work, HR operations, or back-office HR functions . Strong communication and coordination skills. Basic understanding of recruitment workflows and HR documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work under deadlines. A proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach to work. Benefits: Exposure to end-to-end recruitment operations.
