As an HR Generalist in our manufacturing plant, you will play a vital role in managing various HR functions to ensure compliance with labor regulations and company standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing and overseeing HR policies and procedures to uphold regulatory compliance and internal standards. - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees. - Facilitating employee training and development programs to enhance skills and support career growth. - Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases. - Coordinating administrative functions to support manufacturing operations effectively. - Assisting in performance management initiatives by providing valuable support to leadership in evaluations and feedback sessions. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Have a minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing plant setting. - Possess a strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations specific to the manufacturing industry. - Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels. - Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. - Approach problem-solving with a mindset focused on fostering a positive workplace culture.
