Role Overview: As an HR Manager in our manufacturing plant, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor regulations and company standards. You will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process, facilitating employee training programs, maintaining HR databases, and coordinating administrative functions to support manufacturing operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist and in administration within a manufacturing plant setting. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations relevant to the manufacturing industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships at all levels. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
