HR & Admin Senior Executive

You should have 3 to 6 years of experience in the Human Resources & Administration field. This position is based in Hyderabad and falls under the Human Resources & Administration department. You will report to the HR Manager or Operations Head. As part of the Human Resources responsibilities, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. It will be essential to maintain accurate employee records, HRIS systems, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, and PT. Additionally, managing the employee life cycle processes like onboarding, confirmation, and separation will be part of your role. You will also support performance appraisal cycles and employee feedback initiatives, conduct employee engagement activities, and draft various HR-related letters. On the Administration front, you will oversee office administration tasks including managing housekeeping, security, and vendor relations. Monitoring office supplies, maintenance, utilities, and coordinating with external vendors for services and office infrastructure will also be under your purview. Handling travel and accommodation arrangements for staff, ensuring workplace safety, cleanliness, and adhering to health & hygiene standards, as well as maintaining records related to office expenses, contracts, and insurance will be part of your responsibilities. Key skills required for this role include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance, proficiency in MS Office and HR tools like Zoho, GreytHR, Keka, etc. You should also have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.,
