HR Admin + PreSales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manages the recruitment process using the standard recruiting and hiring practices including campus recruitment.
• Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates to schedule interviews.
• Maintain Record of Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Compliance, Termination, Vacation Tracking, Sick Leave Tracking, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management
• Oversee all admin related functions, Vendor Coordination etc.
• Call leads generated through digital medium and generate walk-ins for site.
• Update daily call reports on CRM.
• Coordinate with company vendors - Sales, Marketing etc for daily deliverables

Desired Candidate Profile:

• We are looking for a highly energetic, self-motivated individual to join us.
• Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum of 6 months experience in HRMS and Pre-Sales would be preferred.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Female Candidates would be preferred.
• Candidate will directly report to the directors/ceo

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
