Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding: create job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and complete joining formalities.
  • Execute monthly payroll processing and coordinate statutory filings (PF, ESI, Professional Tax) with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain attendance and leave management systems, update HRIS records, and ensure data accuracy for payroll and audits.
  • Handle employee relations and grievance resolution; manage probation reviews, performance documentation, and exit processes.
  • Oversee office administration and facilities: vendor management, procurement, asset tracking, and upkeep of office infrastructure.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, maintain personnel records, and support internal and external compliance audits.
