An Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master's/HR certifications preferred). 58 years of HR/admin experience; 3+ years in healthcare, MNC, or multi-site setup. Experience supporting lab or clinical operations is a plus. Strong in HR operations, compliance, and talent management. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; HRIS experience required. Key Competencies: Oversee HR and admin operations across regional offices, including India. Align HR strategies with business goals and ensure legal compliance. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Lead performance appraisals, engagement, and succession planning. Implement and maintain HR systems and data reporting. Handle office administration, procurement, and vendor coordination. Ensure timely renewals of licenses and permits. Coordinate travel, visas, and logistics for staff. Support regional teams in standardizing HR and admin practices. Experience in healthcare, especially labs and digital health, is preferred.
