Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Talented professional in proactively planning the requirement of manpower for the organisation Plan and devise strategic campaigns for recruiting suitable candidates for the Group Maintain the human resource information system and employee database Ensure organizational compliance with applicable human resource related statues Develop and implement corporate human resource strategies and programs Administer HR policies and procedures To play a significant role in assessing the results of the on job training program Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation Contribute towards employee retention reducing the staff turnover ratio Forecasting of HR requirements in consonance with probable budget time to time Preparation and implementation of policy on succession planning Experienced in carrying out timely performance appraisal processes and transparent in addressing to the employees what is expected from them Assist in adherences to best practices in corporate governance, and high transparency Advise the academic coordinators and school head in ensuring high motivation levels of employees Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes Acquisition and analysis of HR practices in other educational Institutions of the Group Consistent in developing knowledge of legal requirements and government regulations affecting HR functions Conduct exit interviews Review and update employee rules and regulations at regular intervals Manage the HR Functions of multiple campuses across Chennai and Bangalore which includes traveling to campuses to ensure the progress. Desired Candidate Profile A well organised and resourceful approach to their work and have the ability to meet deadlines Administrative experience in education or higher education sectors preferably Knowledge of recruitment and feedback systems Understanding of functioning of how international schools work, with emphasis on organizational structure of the School, Vision, Curriculum, etc., Team player and empathetic First rate social and intercommunication skills with high levels of tact and confidentiality Excellent communication skills Desire to join immediately at Hyderabad (Gachibowli Campus). Able to travel
