As an HR professional with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience, your role at the factory will involve developing fair HR policies to ensure employee compliance, assessing training needs, and coordinating learning initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining compliance work, handling day-to-day administrative tasks, managing IT and data systems, and overseeing employee relations. Additionally, you will be expected to measure employee retention, oversee daily HR operations, and engage in full-cycle recruiting. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and communicate fair HR policies for employee compliance. - Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives. - Collect and maintain compliance work, handle day-to-day administrative tasks. - Manage IT and data systems within the HR department. - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances and other issues. - Measure and analyze employee retention rates. - Oversee daily HR department operations and provide updates to the Head of Department. - Experience with full-cycle recruiting is required. Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience in HR or a similar role. - Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in human resources or a related field. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace is essential.
