As an HR & Admin Executive at our company in Panipat, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee attendance, utilities, onboarding/offboarding processes. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be key in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain employee attendance records and leave tracking effectively. - Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and exit processes efficiently. - Support salary processing by collating attendance and leave data accurately. - Oversee office utilities and administrative activities to ensure seamless daily operations. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases meticulously. - Coordinate with various departments to fulfill HR and administrative requirements promptly. - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication for a cohesive work environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 12 years of experience in HR/Admin roles. - Good understanding of HR processes and basic labor laws. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
