HR & Admin Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to support our People & Operations team. This role is perfect for someone eager to explore HR practices and administrative management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in recruitment activities – sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Support employee onboarding & documentation
• Help organize engagement initiatives and HR events
• Maintain and update HR databases, records, and reports
• Provide administrative support for daily operations (coordination, documentation, office management tasks)
• Work closely with the HR & Admin team to streamline processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR/Business/Management or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Eager to learn and adapt quickly
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace
