About Us : TANDEMLOOP is a growing tech and engineering startup based in Bengaluru. We work with global clients across software development, product design, and engineering automation. We are looking for an energetic and responsible HR & Admin Executive to join our core team and help us manage our growing operations. Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling, onboarding) Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, and compliance documentation Handle office administration (supplies, maintenance, vendor coordination, petty cash) Manage attendance tracking and leave records Assist with payroll preparation and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT) Coordinate company events and team activities Act as point of contact for day-to-day employee queries Ensure smooth running of office operations Handle miscellaneous office tasks and errands when required Key Skills & Qualities : Strong organisation and follow-up skills Good written and verbal communication Willingness to work in a startup environment and take ownership Basic knowledge of MS Office Prior experience in HR/Admin role preferred (1-2 years), but freshers with the right attitude will also be considered Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): The salary is fixed at ₹18,000 per month.
