Our design team is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer (Fresher) who wants to kickstart their career and grow with us. What You’ll Be Doing Assist in creating user flows, wireframes, and visual designs for web and mobile platforms Support senior designers on live client and product-based projects Learn to translate product requirements into functional, beautiful interfaces Collaborate with developers and project managers to implement designs Participate in feedback sessions, design reviews, and brainstorming meetings Use tools like Figma, or similar to craft and present your work What We’re Looking For A portfolio with academic or self-initiated projects (Figma or Behance links preferred) A basic understanding of design principles, UX heuristics, and layout fundamentals Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Good communication and collaboration skills Bonus Points Prior internship or freelance experience in design Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS Interest in product design, mobile-first UI, or data visualization What You’ll Gain 1-on-1 mentorship from experienced designers Exposure to real projects in SaaS, healthcare, trading, and engineering A fast learning curve and opportunity to own end-to-end design modules A culture that values initiative, curiosity, and design-led thinking Note: This is a full-time, in-office position based in Bangalore.
