Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, talent management, and training development. The Human Resources Specialist will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Duties

• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conduct performance management activities, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Utilize HR software such as Paychex, Kronos, and Paylocity for data entry and record maintenance.
• Assist in strategic planning initiatives to align HR practices with organizational goals.
• Manage social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment efforts.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience in human resources or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR software systems such as Paychex, Kronos, or Paylocity is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in data entry and management of employee information.
• Experience in training development and performance management processes.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on employee relations.
• Ability to engage in strategic planning to support organizational objectives.
