HR Admin Executive

Location : Congo

Salary : Max 1000 USD

Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Admin Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the department. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records and manage HR databases
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition
Coordinate employee training and development programs
Assist in payroll preparation and processing
Manage employee benefits and compensation inquiries
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Support performance management processes
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HR software and databases
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
Adaptability and willingness to learn
