Description

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with the ability to drive financial performance and provide strategic insights to the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance their performance and development.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5-15 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
