Role & responsibilities

Evaluation of Term Sheets, Negotiations with bankers for financial proposal, preparation of comparatives for management decisions and documentations. 

• Prepare checklist & Ensure CP Compliance within agreed timeline, preparation of Financial Model, Information Memorandum, Presentation 
• Coordination with LLC, LIE & Bankers for timely execution of transaction. 4) Monitoring and compliance of sanction terms on ongoing basis.
• LC- Establishing ILC /FLC in timely manner including documentation and maintaining MIS 
• Acceptance of Bills / End to end Monitoring of Bills Of Exchange lodged under LC and Documentation pertaining to it, Maintaining MIS for BOEs. Providing Solution to various operational issues involved in LC/ Bills Discounting.   
• Drawdown notice for NFB limit drawable with Bankers. 
• Periodic meeting with Business, Project & CTCG & circulate minutes on pending documents. 
• Coordination with ABEX for timely and accurate booking of expenses, interest. 
• Monthly review of Interest/ commission charged by bank & ensure that same is as per the agreed sanction terms 
• Covenant compliance of Operational SPV and RPC compliance of lenders for SPV. 
• CF management: Cash Flow Planning based on FB/NFB requirement from Project team and managing drawdown schedules as per FB requirements. Investment of surplus in coordination with Group Treasury team 
• Maintenance of function wise Database of all the Documents 
• Analysis of Loan & Security Documents, DD findings on scrutiny & impact on Valuation of the same, . 
• Coordination with the BD Team & external agency for timely completion of assignment.
• Relationship with existing and potential lenders, Bankers, Financial Institutions for project financing , refinancing of the existing loans, down selling activities for the new RTLs. 
•  Regular Meeting with Banker and Rating agencies for rating & other related issues and circulation of MOM. Ensure Ratings of Under Construction and operational SPVs and Surveillance of existing rating before due date of rating and upgradation of Rating of under construction SPVs.
