Job Description

You will be responsible for planning and managing contract labour headcount based on production requirements. Additionally, you will identify, appoint, and manage HR & Admin vendors, ensure timely and correct statutory and legal compliances, handle plant admin work, and prepare and update HR and Admin MIS. You will also be involved in 5S/housekeeping, security, and planning and executing specific HR and Admin related projects. - Plan and make available contract labour headcount based on production requirement - Identify, appoint, and manage HR & Admin vendors - Ensure timely and correct statutory and legal compliances - Handle plant admin work - Prepare and timely update HR, Admin MIS - Implement 5S/housekeeping, security measures - Plan and execute specific HR and Admin related projects Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5-8 years of experience - Postgraduate degree, preferably in HR - Good written and oral communication skills - Hands-on experience with statutory and legal compliances - Ability to resolve local level issues - Must have own vehicle - Must be residing within a 10 km radius from MIDC Bhosari,
