Job Description

As an HR & Admin at V Rao and Gopi, Chartered Accountants, your role will involve tracking daily attendance of the workforce at the project location. You will be responsible for calculating working hours and wages, and submitting them to the project in-charge. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with the workforce and management to ensure smooth functioning. It is important that you have a working knowledge of labor laws applicable to construction workers. Other admin activities may be assigned to you as suggested by the reporting authority.
