HR & Admin Assistant Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR & Admin Asst. Manager to join our team in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR India. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the field.

• Manage and coordinate HR-related activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and training.
• Develop and implement effective administrative processes to support the organization's goals.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and performance management.
• Analyze and resolve complex HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to HR and administrative functions.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or qualifications are an asset.
• Proven experience in HR administration, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
