Role Overview:

The HR Administrator will support the HR team by managing employee records, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. This role is essential in keeping HR operations efficient and employee-focused.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records

    in HR systems.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding

    , and offboarding activities.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and leave/attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate HR communications and policy updates.
  • Respond to employee HR queries promptly and professionally.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree or diploma in HR/Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous HR or office admin experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Confidentiality, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
