We’re Hiring: HR Administration Associate


HR Administration Associat


What you’ll do:

  • Keep employee records & HR databases accurate and up to date
  • Prepare HR documents (offers, contracts, exit letters)
  • Support onboarding & exit formalities for employees
  • Track attendance/leave data and assist with payroll inputs
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries with a people-first approach


What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field
  • 0–2 years of HR/Admin experience (freshers welcome)
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS exposure is a plus
