Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping staff activities, including cleaning and maintenance tasks.- Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.- Provide training and mentorship to housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and hotel protocols.- Manage and maintain housekeeping inventory, as well as place orders for necessary supplies.- Address guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and efficiently.- Create and manage staff schedules, handling time-off requests effectively.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of prior housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.- Effective communication and leadership abilities.- Capability to multitask and manage time efficiently.- Knowledge of various cleaning products and best practices in the industry.
