· Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the rooms, public areas, offices.
· Organize training to your staffs and ensure they are doing it as per SOP.
· Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard.
· Scheduling Staffs Shifts and organizing replacements as required
· Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
· Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities.
· Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures
· Attending and resolving guest complaints.
·Coordinate with laundry for ensuring timely delivery of uniform and linen.
· Daily briefing for the Housekeeping staffs in the absence of Executive housekeeper.
· Coordinating the preventive maintenance schedule of rooms and public area with maintenance department.
· Immediately attending to guest requests.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
