Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the housekeeping team at our facility located in Laxmi Nagar, Nagpur. Ideally, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality sector to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the daily work of the housekeeping staff, ensuring all rooms and common areas are cleaned to a high standard, inspecting guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, and training new staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards. You will also be preparing duty rosters, monitoring the use of cleaning supplies and equipment, handling guest requests and complaints, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership and team management skills, good communication and interpersonal abilities, knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and products, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities. You should also be physically fit, ready for flexible shifts, and have a minimum of 13 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in hotels, hospitals, or large facilities. The educational qualification required is 10th or 12th pass.
