Site Supervisor

We are looking for site managers to ensure that workplace amenities satisfy the demands of the organization and employees, and facilities managers to fulfill housekeeping services.

Job Description:

• Managing and approving contracts and service providers for security, housekeeping, cleaning, catering, facilities management services
• Managing multidisciplinary teams of employees, such as those in cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping
• Minimizing expenditure and ensuring performance
• Make sure that facilities management adheres to government rules, and environmental, health, and security standards.
• Conduct routine performance evaluations with the clients to make sure all criteria and housekeeping agency standards are constantly met.
• Develop, train, and deploy skilled manpower.
• Must be willing to participate in all aspects of the housekeeping services

Requirement

• 2 years of evident leadership and management success in facilities management
• Previous management experience in cleaning staff or housekeeping services is preferred.
• The capacity to achieve the highest level of performance with the lowest amount of supervision
• Outstanding decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
