Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator with attention to detail and accuracy to input, update, and maintain data in digital systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with computers, typing, and managing large volumes of information with confidentiality and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, or software platforms.
• Review and verify data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
• Maintain and update records as per office requirements.
• Organize paperwork and digital documents systematically.
• Generate basic reports and summaries from entered data.
• Assist with scanning, printing, and document filing as needed.
• Follow data confidentiality and information security policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass; a Diploma or Degree is an advantage.
• Typing speed: Minimum 30–40 WPM (words per minute).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, data entry software).
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred.
• Ability to read and type in English, and optionally in Marathi/Hindi, based on organizational needs.
