Position:

Role Overview:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the entire university campus, including academic blocks, hostels, guest houses, staff quarters, seminar halls, grounds, and other facilities. Oversees housekeeping operations, staff management, inventory, and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping activities across all campus facilities.
  • Prepare and implement cleaning and sanitization schedules.
  • Maintain cleanliness in classrooms, labs, offices, washrooms, and residential areas.
  • Manage and train housekeeping staff; monitor attendance and performance.
  • Conduct hygiene and safety training sessions.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies; ensure cost-effective usage.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors, maintenance, and other departments.
  • Handle guest house arrangements and special event setups.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years’ housekeeping/facility management experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sanitation regulations and safety standards.
